Should you buy directly from our website and the product doesn't fit your pram we will refund the full purchase price of the item excluding postage costs. Please ensure the liner has not been used with baby in the pram, as we cannot accept these back due to hygiene reasons. The goods must be returned by the buyer unused and in a resellable condition, unwashed and including packaging.
In the unlikely event that your Keep Me Cosy product is damaged or faulty, we will gladly Replace or Refund the product. Please contact us within two days of receiving the product. We will send out a prepaid return label for you to return the item. To receive a Replacement or Refund, the product must be sent back to Keep Me Cosy for our team to assess the damage and or fault.
