Keep me cosy offers online instant ordering for the public. For wholesale ordering please contact us directly at sales@keepmecosy.com.au.

Keep me cosy sells stock that is available to dispatch, with flexible payment options including credit cards, paypal and afterpay.

Pre-orders are available on up-coming collections, dispatch times will be made clear in the item's description.
In the event that the items could not be delivered due to any unforseen event not within our control, a full refund will be issued. 

Viewing Orders

As a Keep Me Cosy account holder you can view your order under 'MY ORDERS' and keep up to date with the progress. You can register for an account during the check out process or in store by submitting a sign up form.

Having an account will also give you exclusive discounts and offers.

If you do not wish to have an account with us you can view your order progress here at Orders and Returns.
Simply enter your order ID number, Surname and email adress or postcode and view the status of your order.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping in Australia

Keep Me Cosy pram liners and accessories are delivered Australia-wide via Couriers as well as Australia Post.


Courier:
All orders have tracking so you can see where your package is and to ensure it gets to you safely.
This will be emailed directly to you by the couier by the email provided at checkout.
We advise you provide a shipping address where you can sign for and receive the product during business
hours as the courier will leave the parcel at the door if unattended. Please note that we do not
deliver to PO boxes.

All orders are made and dispatched within 2 business days after purchase (with cleared payment) and will
usually arrive within 1 business day (after dispatch) to metropolitan areas.

Shipping is set at a flat rate for all Australian Metropolitan areas.
Prices are subject to change without notice.


Australia Post:

International shipping

Keep Me Cosy pram liners and accessories are delivered to international destinations only by Australia Post.
We are not responsible to any taxes or duty specific to your country.

Australia Post:
All standard air mail orders have an article number allocated which can be tracked, this however depends on your
countries postal system and scanning capabilities. Registered air and premium shipping options are available at
checkout at an increased cost.
This will be emailed directly to you by Australia Post by the email provided at checkout.

All orders are made and dispatched within 2 business days after purchase (with cleared payment) and will
usually arrive within 1-15 business days (after dispatch). The shipping estimator at checkout will provide
you with an estimated time of delivery (please note this does not include the 2 days handling).

Sale and Returns

Universal Fit Guarentee

We know that every pram has a different shape and style. Keep Me Cosy has tried and tested all the major brands and guarentee our products are a universal fit. We're so confident that you will love the Keep Me Cosy range, that we offer a universal fit guarentee.

Should you buy directly from our website and the product doesn't fit your pram we will return the full purchase price of the item excluding postage costs. Please ensure the liner has not been used with baby in the pram, as we cannot accept these back due to hygiene reasons. The goods must be returned unused and in a resellable condition, unwashed and including packaging. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items due to a change in mind.

Advise within 14 days of purchase. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase 

Faulty or damaged goods

Upon recieving your order from Pramliners.com.au please check your products thoughly.
If your Keep Me Cosy product has been damaged during transport, we will gladly replace the product if you contact us within two days of receiving the product.

Postage costs back to Keep Me Cosy are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a replacement product, the product must be sent to Keep Me Cosy for our team to assess the damage. If the damage is deemed to have occurred in the shipping and handling process, the item will be replaced free of charge.


You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Warranty

The Simple Things Project Pty Ltd offer a 3 month warranty on goods manufactured by Keep Me Cosy.

The warranty is void when:
The products are used incorrectly. 
Defect was described and sold as a factory second.
No reciept of purchase.
Outside the 3 months from purchase date.

To achieve this we have established our Privacy Policy consistent with the requirements under the Privacy Act 1988.
Any information that you provide to Keep me cosy is protected by our secure server. We will not distribute, sell, trade or disclose your details to any third party, other than to fulfill your request for information via an electronic newsletter or in the event that we are required to provide this information by law.
By providing us your email address you will receive emails about new products, stockists and special offers; you will recognise these as they will always be from @pramliners.com.au or our direct information site @keepmecosy.com.au.
