We know that every pram has a different shape and style. Keep Me Cosy has tried and tested all the major brands, our products are a universal fit.
We're so confident that you will love the Keep Me Cosy range, that we offer free returns for 14 days from purchase within Australia.

Should you buy directly from our website and the product doesn't fit your pram we will return the full purchase price of the item excluding postage costs. Please ensure the liner has not been used with baby in the pram, as we cannot accept these back due to hygiene reasons. The goods must be returned unused and in a resellable condition, unwashed and including packaging.  

Please contact us info@pramliners.com.au, our customer service will process the return and email you a credit memo to put with the returned order.

We will send out out a prepaid satchel to return the item or for a faster return we can email you the return prepaid label to print at home.
Please don't send any orders back without your credit memo, as we need to know your details to finalise return payments.

Advise within 14 days of purchase. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase 

Should you wish to return an item outside 14 days of the original purchase, please email customer service and we can review the claim.
Please note that accepted claims are to be returned at the customers expense when outside 14 days since purchase. 
 

Faulty or damaged goods

Upon recieving your order from Pramliners.com.au please check your products thoughly.

If your Keep Me Cosy product is damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace the product if you contact us within two days of receiving the product.

To receive a replacement product, the product must be sent to Keep Me Cosy for our team to assess the damage and or fault.
We will send out out a prepaid satchel to return the item or for a faster assessment we can email you the return prepaid label to print at home.

If the damage is deemed to have occurred in the shipping and handling process, the item will be replaced free of charge.
If the product is deemed faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note.

Hardware warranty

The Simple Things Project Pty Ltd offer a 3 month hardware warranty on goods manufactured by Keep Me Cosy.

Our warranty covers:
Stitching faults
Zipper faults
Press stud faults

The warranty is void when: 
The products are used incorrectly. 
Defect was described and sold as a factory second. 
No reciept of purchase.
Outside the 3 months from purchase date.

Please note that the Keep Me Cosy range is a textile product much like clothing, the hardware warranty does not cover fabric discolouration or wear and tear.
